Charlotte Giff 

Former Editor-In-Chief, Class of 2023

Charlotte (she/her) is currently pursuing an MPA degree at Columbia University in Environmental Science & Policy. Outside of her degree, Charlotte works with a socio-ecological and psychology lab, and continues to pursue her passion for photography. She is excited to begin a street photography endeavor in NYC, and is working on starting a SubStack column with another UVa alum. Mia Gualtieri

Former Editor-In-Chief, Layout Designer, and Videographer, Class of 2023

Mia Gualtieri (she/her) is an artist and filmmaker from Washington, D.C. She works in experimental and narrative film, as well as music video. She is currently based in Los Angeles. You can see her work at miagualtieri.com.

Myka Greene

Former Editor-In-Chief, Class of 2022

Myka (she/her) is a writer and researcher who studied Creative Writing and African American Studies at UVA. She is currently working in New York City as an assistant at a literary and human rights organization. When not reading or vehemently  avoiding exercise, she loves visiting museums and making films.  

Loree Seitz

Former Features Editor, Class of 2022

After writing a couple features for V Magazine issues in her second year, Loree (she/her) served as features editor in her third and fourth years at U.Va. Graduating with a major in Media Studies and a minor in French, Loree also served as an editor for The Cavalier Daily, overseeing the Arts & Entertainment section. Loree currently works as a TV Reporter at entertainment trade publication TheWrap in Los Angeles, where she reports on TV industry news and writes feature coverage for new and upcoming series releases.

Emily Bekker

Former Editor-In-Chief, Creative Director, and Designer, Class of 2022

Emily Bekker (she/her) served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of V Mag for the 2021-2022 year, spearheading the first Fralin x V Mag Gala in her tenure, and instituting issue themes for the first time at V Mag. She started her time at V Mag as a graphic designer and then creative director, and had continued to design layouts through her time at V Mag. Now she lives in DC as an art framer, installer, and project manager for a gallery.

Christina Hara

Former Editor-In-Chief and Creative Director, Class of 2021

Former Co-Editor in Chief and Creative Director Christina Hara (she/her) is a graphic designer and photographer. As a class of 2021 graduate, she majored in Media Studies and minored in Studio Art. Christina is currently based in New York City where she works in production for The New Yorker. In her free time, she also works with Trash Mag and No Kill Magazine, two online based magazines.

Andre Hirschler

Former Editor-In-Chief, Sections Editor, Writer, and Production, Class of 2021

Andre (he/him) is a proudly multicultural, multimedia, multi-lingual and very often confused content creator and producer. Currently based out of New York, when he's not freelancing on some new odd job art project or set, Andre produces independent short films and videos through his company. He is still an avid consumer of print media and is developing a new publication. 

Kate Snyder

Former Editor-In-Chief, Class of 2020

Kate Snyder (she/her) works in fashion styling and editorial in New York, NY. She is a member of UVA’s Class of 2020, graduating with a degree in English and four fulfilling years at V Mag under her belt. Michelle Miles

Former Editor-In-Chief, Class of 2019

Michelle (she/her) is an interdisciplinary artist & researcher based in in Brooklyn, NY. She graduated from UVA in 2019 with degrees in Global Development Studies, Studio Art (Cinematography), and English Literature. Presently, she works in UX Research, with a focus on innovation in digital accessibility. Her work has been presented at a variety of venues, including the Sundance Film Festival, the John F. Kennedy Center, the Museum für Moderne Kunst, Kunsthaus Zurich, and the Copenhagen Architecture Festival.

Morgan Toliver

Former Editor-In-Chief, Makeup Artist, and Fashion Assistant, Class of 2017

Morgan (she/her) first joined V Mag in 2013 working as a makeup artist. After working with V Mag for three years, she took over as co-Editor-in-Chief for 2016 through 2017. She graduated from UVA in 2017 with degrees in Media Studies and Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. She currently works in digital marketing from her home in Virginia Beach for a communications firm focused on progressive politics and campaigns for the greater good.
